Modular Construction
TANGEN’s aluminum formwork construction team consists of Steel structures. From various manufacturing facilities supervised, we can provide low cost, prefabricated, fast-track multi-story solutions that can be built in days and weeks instead of months.
Tangen’s Modular team has been formed to supply a unique engineered building system that is specifically designed for each client’s project and provides the client with:

Prefabricated floor systems using floor trusses

Prefabricated roof systems

Fire proof magnesium oxide wall board for walls, floors and roof

Designed for seismic and wind loads.
All delivered to the project site ready for installation. TANGEN provides turnkey design and installation drawings for all components of the building.

Architectural Design
TANGEN partners with BDP Architects from Malasia (with offices around the world), to provide an international standard of architectural design. Since BDP is a multidisciplinary practice, they also coordinate all design and engineering services to ensure all disciplines match the project brief, and to ensure the documentation is produced in the shorted time possible.
